May 2024 – Pison Consulting has developed a framework for monitoring greenhouse gas emissions for a mining company in Eswatini. This has helped the company comply with the strategic goals of reducing the country’s contribution to causing climate change.  Additionally, Pison has helped the company meet its goals of accounting for all environmental aspects of its mining operations to help in formulating plans for reducing its environmental footprint. The framework was received well by the company as it helped address scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. It has also positioned the organisation to be able to quantify its contribution to greenhouse gas emissions.
