October 2024 – From the 14th to the 15th
of November 2024, Consultants from Pison were engaged to conduct induction
training to the newly appointed board leading Sebenta National Institute. The
board had recently been appointed by the Minister of Education and Training, as
per the Public Enterprise Unit Act (1989).
Pison took the members through its structured training program designed
for board members. The board members were equipped with awareness training of
regulatory requirements, relationship management, prevailing economic
challenges affecting public enterprises, and general ethical considerations for
board members to help promote organizational integrity and ethical leadership. Post-training
feedback indicated 100% satisfaction with the content and approach used by
Pison by the board members. Feedback can be summed up using the following
comment from one of the feedback forms:
